My internets been down for 3 hours..

Hey so recently I did a poll thing asking you guys which wof Character I should draw next out of the options. And I also got new internet recently...which is even more crap then my original internet. And at first it was working but 20 minuets in it wasn’t connecting upstairs but it was working fine downstairs. So I thought maybe the extender was the problem and it might be broken (which I found out actually was broken) so I unplugged it and plugged it back in again and the same thing happened. And I had to unplug it and have my computer not connected to the internet which meant it was pretty much useless apart from launching subnautica
